As long as two or more people continue to coexist in an environment there is bound to be some form of conflict. Traditionally managers tended to view workplace conflict negatively often seeking to squash it completely. However, it is important to note that conflict does have some positive aspects to it. In addition, conflict cannot be completely done away with especially when it is in the work place scenario. From small businesses to large multi-national corporations conflict is something that all managers must learn to manage.
