Exploring Personal Growth Through the Transition Tube

Introduction
As of September 2017, I started the MSc IBM and as part of that I undertook the module Professional Development and Practice in Business and Management. Within this module I had to create a transition tube. The tube contains a record of my journey and is composed of a series of 8 tasks that I have completed throughout the module. Using Gibbs (1988) reflective cycle, I plan to reflect on the contents of the transition tube, the role of the transition tube and my own personal and professional development.
