1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:

The main aim of this report is to evaluate and analyze the Sustainability in Electronix Company’s Supply Chain performance. By using the concept of the triple bottom line, Electronix’s supply chain is studied and analyzed in environmental, social, and economic impact assessed. The key highlights of the analysis focused on CO2 emission and product life cycle management, which requires development from the company. Benchmarking analysis is then conducted using Tesla as a benchmark and studying their management and addressing the issues of the Electronix company.
