Executive Summary 
Airport Communications Incorporated (ACI) led by the CEO Christine Hynde, has taken on the luggage Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) system and Conveyor Belt project.  Due to an increase in passenger traffic, the current single conveyor belt system has become obsolete.  Also, with the increasing number of airport hubs that travel into and out of the regional airport, luggage tracking has become a requirement.  Her team consists of Joey Ramone (Director of Projects), Calvin Broadus (Subject Matter Expert), and Stefanie Broadus (Accounting Manager).  The project is divided into four phases which include the RFID design, RFID integration,…
