Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out the role of IMA in the Diagnosis of Myocardial Ischemia in ischemic and nonischemic groups. Diagnosis of myocardial ischemia has been done using other biomarkers such as troponin. However, their lower diagnostic accuracy, in addition to lower symptoms specificity has made them unreliable.
