1.1 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

This report is about the analysis of the Raintree Resort Case study. The purpose of this report is the identification of the key issue in the case study, provide alternatives and recommend a solution and its implementation. The main problem in this study is the decision made by the managers including the CEO. For example the decisions made to acquire distressed property and the locations of the properties. These decisions have resulted to a decrease in the revenue for several consecutive years.
