Abstract: The entire education system in ancient India have its superior involvement with a flexible and multidisciplinary education process, especially within popular universities such as Nalanda and Takshashila University. The education policy taken by the British government in India mainly focuses on providing selective education to people in India to provide them with two scope to perform different clerical works of the British Government in India. The national education policy has launched In India on 28th July 2020, to establish a more holistic and multidisciplinary system within the country. The entire study has kept its focus on evaluating the NEP 2020 and discussing the holistic and multidisciplinary approach to the education system in India. A large number of secondary qualitative data and information has been gathered within the entire study to gain superior insight into NEP 2020 and multidisciplinary education strategy. The entire study has found the implementation of the NEP 2020, mostly escalated the quality of the academic education all around India.

Introduction
The education system within the country impacts the overall social-economical future of the country, the effective steps taken by the government and education policymakers within the country have a higher influence on the overall educational and ethical knowledge of the upcoming generation within the country. Thus, in order to enhance the future growth of a country and enhance the knowledge and education level of the new generation within the country it is essential to take up positive steps forwards in improving the education policy within the country. It most effectively helps to enhance the overall ethical, social, constitutional, academic, and technological knowledge of the individuals within the country and assists to witness a superior growth of the society within the country’s periphery. The escalating rate of social disturbances and unemployment issues within a country can be mitigated by undertaking steps toward enhancing the education policy within the country. Thus, the government of India has been taking a number of steps to enhance the overall education system within the country through the support of the National Education Policy (NEP). The steps taken by the new national educational policy it has been focused to provide effective education to each inhabitant of India through strategic actions to emphasize the need for an equitable and inclusive education system. The entire study is going to be evaluated the holistic and multidisciplinary approach to education in India while keeping the focus on elaborating on the overall changes comes forth by NEP within the country’s education system.
India has faced a number of crisis within its education system since its independence time, in many sectors the discriminative attitudes of the society has made the overall educational and academic facilities for the upper-class people within the country. The number of schools within the remote village areas was also significantly low which escalates the deficiency of education or academic support for a large number of people all around India. The process of providing education to people all around the country has been undertaken within its education policy in the early twenties by the arrival of SSA (Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan) the country. It mostly provides support to provide education to all the people in India without any gender, social, or caste-oriented discrimination within the country. Although, the high rate of corruption and poor social structure within the country has reduced the overall success rate of the SSA policy all around India. The newly launched NEP (National Education Policy), in the fiscal year of 2020, comes forth with a number of technological supports within the education system and proposed inter-disciplinary education strategy in order to establish effective educational background within the country. NEP focuses on providing education by following a holistic approach within the education policy and provides effective academic support, especially across each science-oriented strand to escalate the level of knowledge harmony and educational integrity within the country.
